The beginning

Most of my life has been spent in an office, the last 25 years of which, in front a computer screen. When I reached 50 I decided that I'd had enough of mortgage payments, striping the lawn and the background hum of transportation. It was time to leave suburbia. 

Moving to Alaska wasn't an option but living differently was. Our children had left home, so in 2018 we sold our house in Kent and moved to East Sussex. Living in an eco house surrounded by 12 acres of ancient woodland I began the process of rewilding myself.
